Seismic is seeking a high-performing Contract Recruitment Sourcer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. This is a critical role responsible for actively sourcing and engaging top passive talent across highly competitive technical domains. You will be instrumental in building diverse, high-quality pipelines that directly fuel our growth.
Review Cycle: Performance reviews will be conducted every 6 months, with the potential for renewal based on performance and business need.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Technology sector (SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, Gaming, etc.).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring roles in high-demand, specialized areas such as Software Engineering, Product Management, or Data Science.
Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up, manage workload, and operate autonomously to hit hiring targets.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and consultation skills; ability to partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strategy Alignment: Conduct in-depth intake meetings to align on hiring profiles, success metrics, and overall sourcing strategy with hiring partners.
Market Intelligence: Provide data-backed advice on talent market availability and competitive compensation trends to influence hiring decisions.
Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-source) to evaluate pipeline health and suggest process improvements.
