As our Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters and hiring managers by identifying the right profiles for specific positions. You'll help Seismic build a diverse and inclusive culture while creating a world-class candidate and manager experience.
This is a 12-month engagement with performance reviews every 6 months.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Technology sector (SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, Gaming, etc.).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring roles in high-demand, specialized areas such as Software Engineering, Product Management, or Data Science.
Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up, manage workload, and operate autonomously to hit hiring targets.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and consultation skills; ability to partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
