We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Implementation Engineer to join our Global Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customized client solutions using the Seismic Enablement Cloud, including data automation, SSO, SMTP, and custom integrations. You will work closely with global clients, project managers, solution consultants, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of automation and integration projects. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or support roles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios. • Self-starter with the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly. • Demonstrated success in handling multiple client implementations in parallel while meeting deadlines. • Ability to gather, understand and translate client requirements into deliverables. • Ability to effectively identify, prioritize and escalate client or project risks. • Ability to manage offshore teams and communicate effectively using tools like JIRA, Slack, and Chatter. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies. • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. • Advanced knowledge of SQL and query languages. • Experience with RESTful API • Familiarity with SSO and SMTP. • Experience with Seismic or other Sales Enablement platforms is a plus.
Analyze client content, data, and requirements to design optimal solutions using Seismic’s platform. • Advise clients on SSO and SMTP configurations based on user management and email options best practices. • Write database queries to extract information from various database types using Seismic data automation best practices. • Collaborate with Solution Architect to design technical solutions for enterprise clients. • Lead tier one service solution implementations such as Email Opt-Out Sync, Data Loader, and Marketo Activity Writeback. • Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different technical workstreams. • Identify and escalate risks proactively to internal stakeholders. • Provide timely support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs. • Conduct virtual and occasional on-site training for clients. • Document and promote client enhancement requests to Product and Engineering teams. • This role requires partial overlap with U.S. business hours (typically 3-4 hours in the evening IST).
