Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our global Enablement team. Based in India, this role plays a key part in coordinating and delivering high-quality programs and resources that support our go-to-market (GTM) teams.

This individual will collaborate closely with global stakeholders across time zones and help execute a variety of initiatives—including training support, onboarding logistics, and product release readiness. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and brings a detail-oriented mindset to every task.

Who you are:

  • 3+years of experience in Enablement, Program Coordination, Learning & Development, or a similar function.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail and audience awareness.
  • Familiarity with tools like Seismic, Microsoft, Zoom, and Slack is a plus.
  • Willingness to occasionally attend early morning or evening meetings to align with U.S. time zones as needed.

What you'll be doing:

Program Coordination & Enablement Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing enablement programs, including live and virtual sessions.
  • Support logistics such as scheduling, calendar invites, presenter coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Track attendance and feedback from participants to support continuous improvement.
  • Help maintain enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Seismic, Zoom, Outlook).

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Support the execution of new hire onboarding programs across GTM teams.
  • Coordinate sessions, track attendance, and help ensure a consistent experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, helping them navigate training resources.
  • Occasionally co-host or assist with onboarding sessions to foster engagement.

Platform & Product Enablement Support

  • Help coordinate updates and enablement for new platform features and product releases.
  • Ensure training materials are up to date, well-organized, and accessible.
  • Track enablement completion and share insights to support team readiness.
