Product Managers at Seismic drive vision and are responsible for the success of the product through all phases of the development process. Starting with the initial concept through production deployment and maintenance, the Product Manager ensures new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve the business problem in the right way. To be successful in this role you will be required to understand the Seismic product in detail, and the Sales Enablement space, as well as have a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges Seismic’s customers face.
The Platform & Integrations Product Management team at Seismic is responsible for building the core platform that our customers and partners interact with daily. This includes capabilities that power Seismic’s most strategic customer workflows and enable seamless, scalable experiences across our ecosystem.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead initiatives that make Seismic’s platform more robust, resilient, and enterprise-grade. You’ll own high-impact areas of the platform and define the roadmap for critical experiences used by sellers, enablement teams, and administrators across the Seismic customer base.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and GTM stakeholders to streamline complex workflows, ensure transparency and accountability across systems, and help our customers operate efficiently and confidently in highly regulated, data-sensitive environments. This includes driving improvements in system observability, auditability, and operational integrity — capabilities for trusted and scalable enterprise software.
You will also play a key role in identifying and unlocking new opportunities for platform extensibility, integration, and cross-system interoperability — helping shape Seismic’s long-term product strategy.
This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires strong product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. You will not just build features — you will help shape the foundation that powers Seismic’s next wave of growth.
Significant Platform Experience: 7+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platform capabilities, ideally with hands-on ownership of APIs, developer experience, integration frameworks, or core platform services. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of services, data, and user experience.
Positive and Effective Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority. You drive alignment across engineering, security, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable diving into conversations about system architecture, logging, performance, and integration patterns. You can partner deeply with engineers and ask the right questions without needing to be the one writing the code.
Enterprise Readiness Mindset: Experience working on capabilities that support scale, security, compliance, and reliability. You understand why enterprise customers care about things like audit logs, monitoring, and user governance — and how to turn those needs into product requirements.
Systems Thinking: You have a knack for simplifying complexity. You can connect the dots across products, teams, and customer touchpoints to build coherent, scalable experiences — and ensure they work well in the real world.
Strong Product Judgment: You bring a clear, customer-centered point of view, balancing long-term platform vision with pragmatic execution. You prioritize based on impact and rally teams around what matters most.
Excellent Communication: You know how to tailor your message to the audience, whether it’s engineers in a sprint planning meeting or executives in a roadmap review. You’re clear, concise, and persuasive.
SaaS Platform Mentality: You’ve shipped foundational capabilities that other teams and customers build on. You think in terms of platforms, interfaces, and extensibility — and have experience driving adoption of core platform services.
