The Senior Workplace Manager will be based at our Hyderabad, India location. This is an in-office position.
· Assist with opening the office.
· Manage and direct day-to-day operation of the office.
· Serve as the central point of contact for events in the Hyderabad office.
· Analyze operations for efficiency and alignment with Workplace Experience Team mission statement.
· Source vendors for needed goods and services.
· Work with the Information Technology group to provide audio-visual support for the team.
· Function as a liaison between Seismic, property management, and other service providers.
· Analyze, track, and manage budgets for office amenities, supplies, and events.
· Design and implement programming for ergonomics, wellness, safety, and sustainability.
· Design and facilitate employee experience programs for employees: company celebrations and team-building events.
· Assist in the management of offices outside of Hyderabad.
· Assist visitors and guests to the office.
· Provision office amenities and services.
· Coordinate meetings with company executives and leaders.
· Manage communication to the Hyderabad employees about events, policies, and procedures.
· Strong customer service focus.
· Advanced in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments.
