Overview

The Sitecore Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance Sitecore-powered web solutions. This role requires expertise in both backend and frontend development to ensure seamless implementation of features and functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver exceptional digital experiences while adhering to Sitecore best practices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build and customize Sitecore solutions leveraging Helix architecture principles for modularity and maintainability.
  • Secure website from threats, DDoS attacks and blocking bad traffic.
  • Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast response times and scalability.
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend functionalities.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and comply with accessibility guidelines WCAG 2.0 Level AA through code reviews
  • Maintain and document reusable code and backend components.
  • Familiarity with Vercel

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development.
  • Must be Sitecore Certified Professional Developer
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore versions 9.x and above (preferably Sitecore XM Cloud or XP).
  • Strong programming skills with HTML, SASS, Next.js.
  • Experience with JSS (JavaScript Services) for Sitecore integrations.
  • Proficient programming skills in C# framework.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server for Sitecore data storage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such GitHub Actions.
  • Project management in JIRA, ClickUp
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
